Return policy

If your order has arrived damaged during transit, please share pictures of proof to us so we can hand it over to the post company and open a case about it. Also our team will look further for this situation. We always send our parcels packed carefully and with a good box. 

if you are unhappy about your order [for any reason] we kindly recommend to contact us within 48 hours about it.   Collectibledolls shop does not accept returns, ONLY consultation with one of our team members we might accept a return. we can only make exchange or send a gift card we do not refund.  For more information please reach out to our contact option here down below.

Items must be [unopened/unused/] Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached including accessories and gifts that’s added on order. Return costs are for buyer. 

if you didn’t receive your order within estimated date that was on track and trace please make sure to contact your post office company in your country. Parcel might be in transit or they need more information from buyer to hand over the parcel to courier. Also inform us about the situation and we will try to track the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
in colsultation with one of our team members can we make a exchange. if order has not been shipped yet we can edit the order. if it's shipped seller will have to pay for return costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
