Shipping Issues, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CollectibleDolls Shop, we take great care to ensure every order is carefully packed and shipped in sturdy, protective packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographic proof of the damage. We will forward this evidence to the postal carrier to open a case and investigate the situation further.


If You Are Unhappy with Your Order

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please note that CollectibleDolls Shop does not accept returns by default. Only after consultation with one of our team members may a return be considered. In such cases, we offer either an exchange or a gift card; we do not offer refunds.


Return Requirements

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and any added gifts included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Order Not Received

If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date provided in the tracking information, please first contact your local postal service, as the package may still be in transit or additional information from the recipient may be required. After doing so, kindly inform us of the situation, and we will assist in tracking the order.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items


Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible after consultation with one of our team members. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to adjust your order. If the order has already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.


Refunds

We only process refunds if a return has been approved and the item has been inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at:
